Ah! What the hell is this!?


I thought it was an algae infestation, maybe it is. But it does not resemble much like algae if anything it reminds me of tiny Lilly pads. I got some of it out but it's actually quite hard. Now I'm not sure on what i should do.

Help?

    my dog can prolly help. she eats everything. stagnant water, algae, fish. no worries...
