First time ever eating Blue Cheese.
Quite nice! Can't quite explain the taste of moldy cheese, maybe... Sour, tangy, nutty, cheesy with a hint of rum? lol
Not too sure but it's a first for me and i quite like it with some crackers, strawberries, grapes and apricots.
