Just thought i would throw it out there. The Karate Kid (remake 2010)

I'm sure many people have seen the old original Karate kid(KK). As to this new kk may not be a sequel but instead a mirror/alternate story of the original.

From what i see there are plenty of similarities but also I'm sure there are heaps of differences too from the original kk. Other than Mr Miagi (sp?) casted by Jackie and the kk is not a scrawny white kid but instead Will Smiths kid (i think), i believe that this alternate story of the kk revolves around not "Karate" as such but more traditional or modern "Kung-fu" or "Wushu" however you would like to call it.

However much this version of the kk might differ from the classic I'm still quite excited about it coming out next month...... Maybe i can go to the asian video stores and grab myself a pirate version early. lol.
