A Trailer of Jo and Darren's wedding. Looking good so far, can't wait till the guy finishes this vid.

My tattoo.

I've been quite lazy with my blogs lately and that's because holidays has begun and I've just been.... I don't know what I've been doing. Just seems like I'm super busy somehow.

The point of this post is about my tat, or the ankh. I've been wanting this tattoo for over 3 years now and I've never had the guts to actually go and get it. No don't get excited I haven't got it yet, still umming and ahhing.
The reason for this ankh/tat is because 1. I actually quite enjoy looking at tattoos and i find them aesthetically pleasing, and 2. I actually want something i can carry on from my youth to adulthood. Hence the ankh.

The ankh is an Egyptian hieroglyphic character that reads eternal life. And In my mind it reads, eternal youth, eternal happiness, live life to it's fullest, never regret things in life and just keep on living, you may take whatever meaning you like out of it. In the end i just want something symbolic that represents to me to stay young, never look back and always have fun. Because, in a way that's my motto.

The position i would like to have it is quite obvious, on my left chest, where the heart lies. That's symbolic enough. The size would be something small (smaller than what can been seen in the pic), even though i want something extravagant that radiates art and expressionism through the form of a tat. For my first tattoo I'll stick with something small first.

This second picture is just the save file from paint, in which i was mucking about. So far my design is like so. Ignore the scribbles on the side.
Still not the final design. I still have ideas on having the "Forever Young" phrase to be the skeleton of the ankh shape but until i can actually get it working on paint, this seems quite good so far.

My 21st

Damn, that was a hectic day. And i mean day and not the night. The night was all fun and smooth and everything before that was crazy.
I'll blog about that craziness later but here are some pics of me in my birthday suit.

Me and Alison ( the other bday girl)

Me and family! Darren, Jo, Kelvin and Susanne.

Me and the Girls. Lisa, Dianna, Joey, Nat and Alison.

Me and (part) boys. Clifton, Damian, Field and Schimke. I just realised, i don't think i got a proper photo of all the boys. Wait did I?

More photos on my facebook.

Tidbits

I watch Jackass 3D. It was a total waste of time, but i am glad i have watched it. So now i can say I have watched it and don't ever have to see it again. Despite it's lack of plot line and absolute idiocy they did manage to link up all the various stunts/pranks/stupidity quite nicely and it did make the movie flow... surprisingly.
Clifton has finally got new springs, not quite dumped but at the moment it looks like a rad drag car. While we were trying to install the rear springs, things just wasn't working. So end product is, sportivo shocks and tien springs on the front and corolla shocks and springs on the back. I wonder how it handles now? Finally got a taste of Adriano Zumbo's macaroons, quite average. A bit too sweet in my opinion.

Just like heaven -By Mark Velasquez Photography

The following abstract is related to the picture seen here.

Just Like Heaven

For the eighth challenge of Bravo's "Work Of Art", I got teamed up with a partner that didn't agree with the kind of work I make, so I compromised. In doing so, I never got a chance to shoot the image I wanted, symbolizing my views on "Heaven." Oh so many months later, I finally was able to make the image I originally wanted to.

Heaven to me is not a place where people in robes sit on clouds and discuss the past. I was always taught that Heaven was the absence of all that is bad, including fear, worry, deadlines, sadness, and pain. In a Heaven, less should always more. No other model could sum this all up for me better than Jenna, who, if you aren't aware, is searching for her own definition of Heaven herself.

I've only known Jenna for a little over four months now, but in that time she has shown me her joy, passion, and sweetness while never holding back the honesty of her flaws, fears, and regrettable past deeds. For those of you unfamiliar with my previous posts of her, she's a sweet 18 year old who was diagnosed with Stage 3 Lyme disease at a young age with the doctors now only giving her two to five years left to live. She has traveled the world for stem cell treatments, spent the last year confined to a wheelchair unable to walk, and yet still remains one of the most positive and well-rounded people I have ever met. She is as fun and optimistic as she is multi-faceted and wise beyond her years. Having suffered with her illness for most of her life, she is strong and brave in a way most people will never be forced to experience until they are grey and frail.

I suppose I could talk at length about her horrific personal ordeals with men, the boxes of mandatory pills doctors have prescribed, and her continued occasional use of a cane. I want to share these stories, show the life that she has given me permission to display, but frankly, the closer I get to her the harder it gets. Thankfully, she and I love the photos too much to just hide them away.

Jenna and I have many plans for the future, both creatively and socially, for as long as her health holds up. I want to show her things that I think she might enjoy or find important. The questions she's asked me about life being fair, about the how's and why's of things, can only be answered with the same directness my parents thankfully gave me: That's just the way it is. Life isn't fair, bad things happen to good people, and things might not ever get better. All we can do is live for the moment, take as much pleasure in life as possible without hurting others in the process, and hope that the memories we leave behind give comfort in some way to others when we're gone. The hardest thing for me is that I want to convince her that these hard lessons get easier to accept as time goes by, but sadly she doesn't have the amount of time it takes to come to terms with all of it, and that's the most unfair thing of all.

Let me know your thoughts on all of this. Thanks so much.

Nonebutim- It's an amazing picture, with an amazing story to follow. Life is beautiful, life is short, don't look backand make no regrets. To me i believe the most important part of life is to have the most fun you can while you live it. Enjoy and smile. =)

Tumblr.

So my tumbler is finally underway. It's called Collectives because this tumblr will be solely dedicated to all the girls i find amazing. So far i have only made a few posts and i believe they are quite 'tame' but i doubt it will stay that way for long. So to be safe, my tumblr will be NSFW.

I doubt any of the pictures i put on that tumblr will be mine, I one day hope i can contribute some of my own. But until then, i hope you all enjoy to what i have stumbled upon on the internet.

If you are uncomfortable with erotica then it is not a place for you, but you are more than welcome to continue visiting this blogspot.
